Project Progress Updates – August

The Ramos team is currently working on the demolition for a home renovation in Bayshore Beautiful. The renovation will include a full garage rebuild, full kitchen renovation, renovation of the primary bedroom, including enclosing the attached balcony to add square footage, and renovation to the front porch to add architectural intrigue.

The Ramos team is moving along on this custom mid-century modern home in the Heights area. The custom home was meticulously designed for a couple relocating from New York to sunny Florida. Read more about the design here.

This home addition in Davis Islands is well underway. This client wanted to incorporate additional living space to their existing 2018 home. The addition includes a home office, wet bar, bedroom and bathroom. Read more about the design here.
