Project Spotlight - Apr. 2021

Our client purchased this 3500 square foot waterfront residence on Harbour Island knowing they could transform the home to meet their needs. There was much work to be done to remodel the residence to the contemporary space that our client dreamt of.

The home was built in 2000 and featured a traditional design style that was slightly dated. The Ramos design build team designed an open and glamourous space with clean lines and pops of color. Our goal was to update and streamline the in design to create a unique, contemporary feel and an inviting gathering space for friends and family.

This Tampa full home renovation was extensive and included a contemporary entry way, a foyer that wowed and a bright living room with built-ins. The staircase in the foyer was replaced with a sleek glass and metal railing and dark woods to set the tone for the home.

Utilizing the same footprint, the kitchen remodel included a full gut to accommodate an oversized white countertop with waterfall accent and was complemented with a commercial style faucet, stainless steel appliances and dark wood cabinets.

The client desired a spa-like feel for the bathroom with clean lines, light paint, dark cabinets, and high-end fixtures. The grandeur in the master bedroom was achieved with floor-to-ceiling curtains, oversized headboard and mirror and faux-fur area rug. Eclectic artwork and décor were utilized throughout the home to add personality and character.

“Working with the Ramos team was a fantastic experience. We highly recommend them.” – Ian McNeel
