The Ramos team restored this mid-century modern home to its original design with new century modern touches. The client loved mid-century modern design and wanted to breathe new life to this South Tampa gem.
The full home renovation was extensive and included replacing the roof, completely re-stuccoing the exterior to provide a new smooth look and a complete re-configuration of the floor plan. New landscaping, a new garage door and a paved circular driveway were incorporated to improve the curb appeal.
The interior design required major demolition with walls, cabinets and appliances being removed along with layers of tile from previous renovations. The floor plan was opened to allow for better flow and more space for entertaining.
The kitchen and bathrooms feature high-end fixtures and appliances, custom cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The client wanted to restore the original terrazzo floors so those were repaired and repolished to look like new.
The extensive high-end renovation also included adding a cabana house with a shower and full bath, re-resurfacing the pool, and re-paving the entire patio.
This was truly a beautiful project and we loved helping bring our clients vision to life.
