Project Spotlight - Oct. 2020

Updated: Oct 8, 2020

The new owner of this Bayshore townhome wanted to completely gut the home resulting in a ground-up full home renovation. The client wanted an open, clean space with a transitional interior design style.

After receiving approval on the new design architecture, the Ramos team got to work on a full home demolition that included removing walls and updating the flow of the space.

The design capitalized on the gorgeous Bayshore view and brought it more natural light with large floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen and dining area showcases a custom feature wall with floating shelves and unique lighting.

The master bath includes two vanity areas, a free-standing tub, and an oversized glass shower. The simplicity of the design, clean lines and neutral color palette exude a sense of luxury and sophistication.

The colors throughout this transitional style home follow that of the traditional style and utilize neutral colors like grey, sand, and white. The pwner added interest with colorful accents, unique art, and décor pieces. The final product resulted in a cohesive design and flow that capitalized on the square footage of the space. This transitional design style is a classic that is here to stay.
